And it tastes delicious.😋😋

Baked Fennel with bread crumbs and Herbs☘🌿
3 fennel
2 cups bread crumbs 🍞
1/3 c. XVOO
Sage and Rosemary🍃
Salt and pepper

Wash and cut fennel in small pieces. Steam cook or boil until tender. Set oven at 425F/200C.


Cover the bottom of the oven pan with bread crumbs. Add fennel, sage and rosemary, salt and pepper.

Cover with more crumbs. Generously drizzle with XVOO (EVO). Baked on upper level until golden brown.

Cheese 🧀lovers: add less salt and add your favorite grated cheese.
