St. Patrick Tartines with Smoked Salmon and Dill

Ingredients

  • dark irish bread 6 thin slices

  • smoked salmon 100 gr

  • dill 2-3 sprigs

  • very thin lemon slices 3-4 slices

  • butter (opt) 50 gr

Directions

Cut 6 slices from the bread. Cut each slice diagonally in half. Cut the salmon slices in half and then in quarters to make them triangular. Try to dispose them accordingly to the shape of the bread. Place a quarter of the lemon on the top. Last place the dill leaf. Keep some of the dill sprigs to decorate the plate, if you wish. Have some butter available and serve with Guinness beer or a cup of black tea.
