Super-Easy Dutch Bread Pudding (Lekker Ouderwetse Broodpudding)

cake

A super-easy and delicious recipe from my  Belgian friend Suzy who owns a very charming B&B in the heart of France .  It’s the perfect last-minute dessert  in case of an unexpected guest. Besides some old bread you’ll only need some basic pantry essentials: jam, butter, milk, eggs, sugar and some spices. Success is guaranteed.
